1. Shipping Zones & Delivery Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate standard shipping across the United States.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50.
  • Please note: We currently only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

To give you a clear expectation of when your collectibles will arrive, our delivery window is divided into two parts:

  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or during national holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Transit Time: 7–15 business days (Monday to Friday) via reliable local postal and courier services.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–18 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be sent directly to your email. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time. If you do not receive your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@lokikibox.com.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lokikibox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Incomplete/Incorrect Address: Lokikibox is not responsible for courier delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.
  • Lost in Transit: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to severe weather or peak holiday seasons. If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 consecutive business days, please reach out to us.
  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking history shows the package was “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local post office/courier station immediately before emailing us at support@lokikibox.com.
