5. Order Cancellation Policy
Because we aim to ship out your trendy toys as fast as possible, our order fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed.
- If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us at support@lokikibox.com within 2 hours of placement.
- We will do our best to stop the processing, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the package has already been handed over to the shipping carrier. If the order has shipped, it must be handled as a standard return under our Refund & Return Policy.
