Refund & Returns Policy
At Lokikibox (accessible from lokikibox.com), we want you to love your trendy toys and collectibles! We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected. Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully before completing your order.

1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date you received your item to request a return. Any return requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility & Blind Box Exceptions
To qualify for a standard return and full refund, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
- Standard Collectibles (Figures, Merch, Action Figures): The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and completely sealed in its original retail packaging.
- Blind Boxes / Mystery Boxes (Crucial Exception): Due to the blind-speculative nature of blind box collectibles, opened or unboxed blind boxes cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change-of-mind reasons. The inner foil packaging bag must remain completely sealed and untampered with to be eligible for a return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, you must contact us first at support@lokikibox.com.
- Provide your original Order Number and the email address used to make the purchase.
- State the reason for your return.
- If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged), Lokikibox will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product or ordered the wrong variant by mistake, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect product, please contact us at support@lokikibox.com within 7 days of delivery.
To expedite your replacement or refund, please include:
- Clear, high-resolution photos or videos of the issue.
- Photos of the outer shipping box showing the shipping label. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a replacement or full refund for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
6. Refunds Processing Time
Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment (e.g., your PayPal account or Credit Card).
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the banking institution or payment gateway to officially post the refund to your account balance.
